Mood 24/7 (USA)

Description:

Mood 24/7 uses text messages to help you log and track your moods, providing an easy way to record how you're feeling in real time. The service is only available to US residents. After registering, you select a time to receive daily text messages. Mood 24/7 will text you at the same time each day asking you to rate your mood on a scale of one to ten. If you miss a message, you will be sent a reminder later. Your responses are compiled in your personal mood chart. You can print your chart or share it online with friends, family, or a health professional. Information that you submit is stored securely and can only be seen by those you authorise.
