Eating Disorders Victoria Online Forums include both a Recovery Message Board and Recovery Chatroom. The Forums are mainly targeted at people living with an eating disorder and offer the opportunity to give and receive peer support. The Recovery Messageboard is organised into various subject areas, including a general noticeboard, issues relating to support, treatment experiences, a ‘safety zone' for posts about self injury and abuse, and an area for carers. You can ask questions by submitting a post within any of these subject areas either on an existing topic or by starting a new topic. The Recovery Chatroom is scheduled at regular times, 3 times per week - with the aim of offering a means of ‘live' peer support and communication. Registration is anonymous and gives you access to the Recovery Message Board and Chatroom. All services are moderated and comprehensive terms and conditions are available on the Eating Disorders Victoria website.
