No More Panic

Description:

No More Panic provides both a message board and live chatroom for individuals experiencing panic, anxiety, phobias or OCD and their carers. The site is administered by the owner and team of volunteers from around the world who have experienced anxiety and related conditions. The message board is arranged into several main sections, including common problems/issues, remedies/therapies/success and fun/games. Members can also access the ‘chat room' and have live chat with other members and participate in a ‘Saturday Night Quiz'.
