The Couch-to-5K mobile app is a running program designed to get you from the couch to running 5km over a period of 9 weeks. It is targeted at individuals of any fitness level and includes 3 training sessions per week. The program aims to slowly introduce your body to running - starting off with small distances of walking and running and gradually building up to running 5km (or for a duration of 30 minutes). The sessions are spaced out throughout the week and weeks can be repeated if you are not yet comfortable to move on. The app is available for download for iPhone and Android users.
