Anxt is a mobile app designed to help individuals experiencing anxiety to better understand the condition. It can be used as an additional tool alongside other forms of treatment. The program includes 3 key sections: ‘Check now', ‘Learn now' and ‘Act now'. ‘Check now' consists of a set of multiple choice-questions to measure your current level of anxiety - and you can use this regularly to monitor changes over time. ‘Learn now' aims to teach you about the causes of anxiety and ‘Act now' consists of exercises to help reduce your anxiety. The program also includes a ‘Check results' tool to allow you to easily keep track of your progress
