Mobile MORE Field Guide to Life

Description:

Mobile MORE Field Guide to Life is designed to provide addiction recovery support over a period of a year. The application contains three volumes that take you through the stages of recovery: The Basics, Owning You and The New You. After downloading the first volume, you are able to purchase the following volumes. It includes a number of interactive tools. Each day you receive a new message of guidance to support your current stage of recovery and weekly video challenges feature throughout. You can also track your progress, monitor your ‘sober stats', easily alert key supporters, search for support and create a personalised prevention plan. The content draws on Hazelden's continuing care web-based program designed for individuals following residential drug/alcohol addiction treatment.
