Dry2Night (USA)

Description:

Dry2Night provides information about bed-wetting for parents and their children and is designed to help you develop a plan to stop bed-wetting.  It includes a survey to help you determine whether your child’s bed-wetting is a problem and advice on creating a plan.  There is information about bed-wetting including statistics, the biology behind urine production and its connection with the brain, basics about sleep, the role of genetics, diet and bowel habits, and helps you learn the facts about bed-wetting and debunk myths.  The site also describes intervention options such as behavioural treatment (using rewards to break stimulus-response), alarms, medication and alternative treatments, and includes links to reputable resources with more information.  The program is interactive, rewarding your child with chillis when they complete steps in their ‘Dry as a Desert’ plan which they can use to play games at a desert carnival.
