The ADHD Experience Journal is a collection of stories, pictures, and personal experiences from families about what it has been like to contend with paediatric Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The site represents the "collective wisdom" of these families as well as their health care providers, incorporating contributions from children, adolescents and young adults with ADHD, their families and clinicians. It is designed to promote the healthy coping of children and their families. Visitors to the site can browse through the four main sections and many subsections in any order.
