On Track Get Real

Description:

The OnTrack Get Real program is an online treatment for people who are having odd experiences, and are worried they may be getting out of touch with reality. It is primarily for young people (aged over 14 years) who are having odd or strange experiences (termed "weird stuff") and who need help figuring out what's "real". It might be useful for people noticing things going on like:
• Worrying that people may be out to get them
• Finding it hard to think straight
• Having strange ideas
• Hearing noises or seeing things
The program may also help people in the early stages of psychosis, where they may be hearing voices or feel suspicious of other people. OnTrack Get Real is designed to help people cope; it can not fix underlying causes of psychotic symptoms and thus must be used in conjunction with other treatments for psychosis. People should tell their doctor or therapist if they decide to use the program. People can come back to Get Real at any time to redo parts of the program if desired.
