The Gambling Quiz is a short online self-assessment tool. It consists of 9 questions from the Problem Gambling Severity Index. After answering the questions you receive a brief feedback report that gives you a score and description of your level of problem gambling risk. The report also offers suggestions for further help. Registration for the Gambling Quiz gives you access to a suite of online self-help gambling tools developed by PGIO.
