The Self-help for Family and Friends is an online tool designed for people who are affected by, or concerned about, someone else's gambling. The program consists of a series of interactive worksheets and you can pick and choose which are relevant to your situation. The content draws on a variety of family support resources and principles, and covers the following topics: information about problem gambling, impact on family and friends, taking care of yourself, problem solving techniques, financial issues, staying safe, setting limits, offering encouragement, additional resources. Registration for Self-help for Family and Friends gives you access to a suite of online self-help gambling tools developed by PGIO.
