Clear Your Vision

Description:

Clear Your Vision is an interactive online program designed for young people to complete either with a counsellor/youth worker or independently. The program consists of two parts. Firstly, you are introduced to 4 young people with different experiences of cannabis use. Next you can complete a ‘Severity Dependence Scale' to give you an indication if you may be dependent on cannabis - and then work through activities to help you change your cannabis use and set a quit/change date. The second part of the program allows you to monitor your progress, provides you with tools for keeping on track and links to additional resources. The program is part of suite of resources designed to help young people quit or reduce their cannabis use. A ‘do it yourself' booklet and a facilitator's manual for group settings are also available.
