Mayo Clinic Meditation

- Description:
Mayo Clinic's app is a meditation program based on the idea that meditating will help you to feel more focused and relaxed throughout the day. It includes a short training video that introduces the key concepts of meditation. You can then select either a 5 minutes meditation program or a 15 minute program. The meditation uses musical chords and circles to teach you slow, paced breathing - designed to clear your mind of daily distractions and leave you feeling calm and refreshed. Healing Thoughts appear on the main screen each time you open the app - and you can share these via text/email/twitter with friends and family. iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch users can download the app and use it as frequently as they choose.
