Talking Anxiety is a mobile app designed to help people affected by anxiety to learn more about anxiety disorders through the experiences of others. The app includes 8 video stories from people with an anxiety disorder in which they share their experiences and techniques that have worked for them. Four separate modules are available: Understanding Anxiety, What Helps, How to Help Yourself and How Family and Friends Can Help - all intended to help you understand anxiety and ways it can be managed. The app also includes quizzes for you to test your progress and you can sign up to receive a ‘daily tip' message. The content is targeted at both individuals experiencing anxiety and those who care for them. The app is available for download for iPhone and iPad users.
