MindSurf

- Description:
MindSurf is an app which is based on the Method of Levels (MOL). MOL is a transdiagnostic cognitive therapy developed by clinical psychologists. This app aims to help you manage your stress level, improve focus, and eventually improve your quality of life. Under your instructions, the app will send you questions throughout the day to help you examine your feelings and thoughts. By answering these questions through either text message or saying the answers out loud, you are expected to be more aware of your feelings and thoughts, which will help relieve your stress and anxiety.
