Wellness Recovery Action Plan

Description:

The WRAP program consists of a number of online courses based on a series of books and DVDs designed to help with the promotion of wellbeing and recovery from mental health difficulties.  Users are offered a range of courses to help develop a "recovery wellness plan".  The courses help them identify factors that influence their wellness and help them to use their own wellness tools to relieve difficult feelings.  The aim of the program overall is to promote recovery and long-term stability.  WRAP programs are designed by users themselves and can be used as a compliment to any other treatment options they are currently using.  Courses include: Build Your Own WRAP, Build Your Own WRAP for Veterans and People in the Military, WRAP - One on One, WRAP - Creating a Wellness Toolbox, WRAP - Developing a Daily Maintenance Plan, WRAP - Triggers and Triggers Action Plan, Early Warning Signs and Action Plan, When Things Are Breaking Down and Action Plan, WRAP - Advance Directive/Crisis Management Plan, Achieving Recovery Through the Effective Use of WRAP, All About WRAP Including an Overview of the Research Findings and Values and Ethics.
