SNAKE Training

Description:

SNAKE (Stress Experience As a non-catastrophe) is an anti-stress training program for young people.  SNAKE-training is designed to be administered in a school setting for one double lesson a week over 8 weeks.  In a school setting, trainers and coaches administer the program material.  Program materials are also available online via the SNAKE website.  The website contains information about "what is stress", a stress questionnaire, and tips for how to manage stress.  In a special "VIP" section of the website, young people can log in to access online games and interactive exercises.  The website also contains a forum for young people to share their experiences of stress and tips for stress-management.
