The program helps you to use your strengths and the support of community/family and friends to work through practical problems It aims to promote psychological wellbeing through providing information to help make sense of your reactions, supports you as you make a plan to get started, and guides you towards moving forward. The program also contains fact sheets, provides feedback on outcome measures, a list of disaster related services and psychological treatment options. Content is delivered through online text, short videos, and downloadable audio files. You can come back and revisit any section of the program at any time.
