Self-Care Depression Program: Antidepressants Skills Workbook

Description:

The Antidepressant Skills Workbook provides a self-care manual for those experiencing depression or concerned about someone they know.  The workbook gives information about what depression is and is not, its causes and treatment.  It is easy to follow and provides exercises designed to teach you that you are not alone, and how to feel better by learning to enjoy your life again, to challenge negative thoughts, and to develop effective problem-solving skills.  These sections focus on preventing relapse of depression using these skills.  It includes a large section on the role of medication in depression, and ways to use antidepressants safely.
