Mind Your Mind is a website made by young people for young people and provides an informal setting in which users can share common experiences of stress, anxiety or life in general. In includes user blogs, celebrity interviews, music downloads, information on upcoming health-related events in the community, videos, mental health polls, feedback, and an online art gallery which displays individuals artistic experiences of having mental health issues. The website also provides individuals with distractions for when they are experiencing stressful situations such as games, interactive tools, and social networking opportunities (like sending a friend an e-card). Suggested readings, facts on mental health, and links to external sites are also included on Mind Your Mind.
