Take Care of You
Take Care of You provides 8 modules addressing problematic alcohol use using the principles of CBT and motivational interviewing. Participants fill out a drinking diary as they work through the lessons, working towards their goal of reducing alcohol intake or stopping drinking altogether. The lessons are delivered using characters, with participants able to choose the character with whom they most identify. These characters provide situational examples and advice throughout the course. Automated and personalised emails are sent to participants to provide feedback to encourage progress throughout the course. A moderated online forum is provided for communication between participants.
