Description:

This program consists of two courses designed to be completed simultaneously, one for adolescents living with type 1 diabetes, which is five modules, and the other for their parent, which is six modules. The courses are based on CBT and aim to help the adolescents to understand how to best deal with the challenges arising from the confluence of their disease and adolescent development. The parent course aims to help parents to be aware of the issues facing their child and how to be understanding and supportive during this period.
