Uquit (Netherlands)

Description:

The uQuit program is targeted at adolescents who are thinking about quitting smoking, or those who are within 2 weeks of having quit. It is designed to provide interactive assistance and support to stop smoking, and to provide this support for approximately one month after the quit date. After downloading the program, the user completes an assessment to tailor the program to their particular needs and experience. Based on this, the user receives advice, personal recommendations, information about smoking and quitting, motivation and support.
